Create A Customer Account
Creating an account allows you to securely save payment methods, update your shipping addresses, save shopping carts for later, see tracking and order information, and makes your checkout experience faster and easier! You can create an account when you’re placing an order at checkout, or by clicking the sign in link in the top navigation of our site.
Change Your Password
We can’t change your password for you, but after clicking the sign in link, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.
Track Your Order
You should receive an email when the order ships that includes your tracking number. If you have created a customer account, you can log in to your account to view the shipping information for your order. If all else fails, email us and we can send you your tracking information.
Cancel Card Club Subscription
You can log into your customer account and cancel your ongoing Card Club subscription at any time. Or if you’d rather, you can email us at email@example.com and we’ll take care of your cancellation for you. Please note: shipments go out on the 15th of each month. Please handle your cancellation before the 15th.
We unfortunately cannot pause a subscription. If you’d like to take a break, you can cancel your subscription and purchase the subscription again in the future.
Update your address for card club shipments
If you’ve created a customer account for our website, you can sign in and change your saved address. If you’re an O.G. Card Club person and don’t have a customer account yet, email us and we’ll update your address in our system.
Unsubscribe from emails
All emails with order information are sent via an automated system. All marketing emails arrive with an unsubscribe link at the very bottom.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from our website, unless the items have arrived damaged. Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days, and we will work with you to exchange the damaged items.
We only collect the personal information you choose to provide. When you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter some of your personal information is required. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may visit our site anonymously by declining to engage in any of these interactions.
The information you provide us may be used in any of the following ways:

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you feel that you have been the victim of fraudulent purchase activity through our store, please contact your bank (or related financial institution) immediately. Unless instructed not to by your financial institution, contact us next. If the questionable transaction is “pending” there is a chance we can cancel it before any money has been exchanged. If the payment has been processed, please contact us so that we can put a hold on it before it gets shipped. We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, inclusive to contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information.

In compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
